Problem
The audit log opens but shows no changes.
Possible cause
Audit log entries are only kept for 6 months. If the price has not been changed in the last 6 months, the log will be empty. If the price was just created, there may not be any change history yet.
Solution
Confirm that the price has been changed within the last 6 months.
Check your internet connection and try opening the audit log again.
Reload the page and try to open the audit log again.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The campaign name.
When the most recent change was expected to have been made.
When the issue occurred.
