Problem
The audit log shows changes with column names you do not recognise.
Possible cause
The audit log displays internal database column names (for example priceAmount or validFrom) rather than the user-friendly field names shown on the page. This is the system's normal way of recording changes.
Solution
The Affected column field indicates the database field that was changed. Old shows the previous value and New shows the updated value.
Use the price field descriptions at the top of this article to match the column name with the corresponding field on the page.
Contact an administrator if you are still unsure what a change means.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The specific column name you are unsure about.
The campaign name.
When the issue occurred.
