Problem
The Create post button is greyed out and cannot be clicked.
Possible cause
The button stays disabled until the content editor has fully loaded. If your internet connection is slow, the editor can take up to 10 seconds to initialise.
Solution
Wait a few seconds for the drag-and-drop editor to appear on the page — the button activates automatically once the editor is ready.
If the editor does not load within 10 seconds, reload the page and try again.
Check your internet connection, as a slow connection can delay the editor initialising.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
Your browser and operating system.
What you see instead of the editor.
