Advertiser Overview
Where: Left navigation > Advertiser Overview
How to use: Use the account selector in the top right to switch between advertiser accounts. The summary cards show your current Balance, Active Campaigns, and Underpacing Campaigns, with quick actions such as Fund, Create, and Investigate. The Performance graph shows Clicks and Bookings for your selected date range, including period-over-period trends. Scroll down to review Recommendations, Top Markets, and pacing toward your monthly spend goal. You can also use Export PDF in the top right to download a snapshot.
When to use: Start here for a high-level performance check. Use it to understand how spend, ROAS, bookings, and other key metrics are trending before drilling into more detailed reporting.
Reporting Page
Where: Left navigation > Reporting
How to use: Select a time range, apply dimensions (hotel, campaign, traveler country, device type, daily date, etc.), and filters to shape the data. Click Apply to load results. Save reports for future use, schedule them for email delivery, or download as CSV.
When to use: Use Reporting when you need a more detailed view of performance, such as comparing hotels, markets, devices, campaigns, or other dimensions over a specific period.
See Reporting: Dimensions, Filters, and Metrics for a full guide.
Competitive Insights
Where: Left navigation > Competitive Insights
How to use: Switch between market-level view (performance in a specific destination) and the advertiser-level view (your overall position across markets). Compare your CPC, ROAS, SOS, and Average Daily Spend against market benchmarks.
When to use: Use Competitive Insights to understand how your performance compares with the market and identify areas that may warrant further review. Market benchmarks can help inform decisions around bidding, budget, and campaign setup when considered alongside your own performance data.
See Competitive Insights for a full guide.
Pacing Dashboard
Where: Left navigation > Pacing
How to use: Review the Pacing Health donut chart to see how many ad groups are Under Pacing, At Risk, or On Track. Use the All Active Campaigns table to identify specific ad groups that need attention. Filter by advertiser, campaign, or ad group name.
When to use: Use the Pacing Dashboard regularly to identify campaigns or ad groups that are under-pacing or at risk of under-pacing. If an ad group is not utilizing its budget as expected, review factors such as budget, bidding, targeting, campaign status, and other setup considerations that may be influencing spend.
See Pacing Dashboard for a full guide.
Advertiser Recommendations
Where: Campaigns tab > toolbar above the campaign list > Advertiser Recommendations
How to use: Review active recommendations for each campaign. Each recommendation includes an Observation, a suggested Recommendation, and an Expected Outcome describing the intended impact of the suggested action. Use the alert priority to understand which recommendations may warrant closer review.
When to use: Use Advertiser Recommendations as a starting point when reviewing changes in performance or campaigns that are not spending as expected. Recommendations are based on campaign-level signals and should be considered alongside your broader performance and campaign setup.
Targeting Performance
Where: Reporting page > Filters & Dimensions > select any targeting dimension (Traveler Country, Device Type, Length of Stay, Travel Window, etc.)
How to use: Add a targeting dimension to your report, such as Traveler Country, Device Type, Length of Stay, or Travel Window, to compare performance across audience segments. These dimensions can be used for analysis even when you are not actively targeting those segments.
When to use: Use this view after your campaign has collected enough performance data to identify meaningful trends across audience segments. If a segment consistently performs well, consider whether a targeting adjustment, such as a Boost or Multiplier, may support your campaign goals.
