First of all, let’s determine how you purchased your subscription: via iOS Store, Google Play store or on the website. To do that, please go to https://bookmate.com/manage-subscriptions
If you purchased a subscription in the iOS app, you can change your card details in your Apple ID settings.
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play in the Android app, you can change your card details in the Play Store app settings.
If you bought a subscription on our website or in the Android app (not through Google Play), you can change your card details in your Bookmate profile settings:
1. Log into your account (if you use the Android or iOS app, go to your profile settings, click Manage Subscription and you will be automatically redirected to the Bookmate website)
2. Tap or hover the cursor over your avatar (the round icon in the upper right corner)
3. Select Manage Subscription
4. Tap or click Manage next to the subscription you want to change billing information for
5. Tap or click the pencil icon
6. Enter the card details and tap or click Save
Once you’ve done that, your payment details will be updated and saved in your account.
