Please pay attention to the following: uninstalling your app doesn’t lead to cancelling your subscription automatically. To cancel your subscription properly, please follow the steps below before uninstalling the app:
Log into your account on the website
Hover the cursor over your avatar (the round icon in the upper right corner)
In the menu that appears, select Manage Subscription
Click Manage
Click Cancel auto-renewal
Select Unsubscribe
Please note that after cancelling the auto-renewal, your subscription will be active until the end of the paid period, i.e. the button Cancel auto-renewal will disappear, but you’ll still be able to see the subscription expiration date.
You can also cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription in the iOS or Android app by selecting Manage Subscription in your profile settings.
If you bought a subscription through App Store, you can cancel the auto-renewal only via your iOS device settings:
Open the Settings app
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Tap the subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already cancelled.
