Cloning is a really useful feature when you are creating new activities or schedules that are similar to previously published ones.

How to clone a Schedule within an Activity

This is useful if you want to re-run a term or add a new block of dates to an existing activity. This means that your activity page (and booking link/QR code) will not expire, but will instead have new bookable dates available.

1. Go to the ‘Scheduled activities’ page and open the edit flow of your activity

2. Navigate to the Schedule tab and find the schedule you want to clone

3. Click Options, and hit Clone

4. Update the name, dates, and times of your Schedule

5. Ensure that you assign tickets and add-ons to the new schedule so that people can book (this will not be done automatically)

6. Publish your activity

And voila! Your old activity page will now have a new set of dates available to book.

How to clone an Activity:

If you want to clone an entire activity to create a brand new listing, then follow these steps:

1. Go to the ‘Scheduled Activities’ section in your portal and locate the activity you are looking to duplicate.

Note you can use the filters in the top-left to show All, Upcoming or Past activities.

2. Click the three vertical dots on the right hand side of the activity and select the ‘Clone’ option.

3. Your cloned activity will now appear in the scheduled activities page, with CLONED in the name.

4. Edit your cloned activity and change its name

5. Update the dates/times of your cloned activity

6. Check the capacity tab of your cloned activity to ensure there are bookable spots

7. Check any other configurations before hitting Publish
