How to move an attendee from one subscription to another

If you'd like to move an attendee who is currently booked onto one session on to another then please email support@bookpebble.co.uk and we can action this for you. Please include the following:

  • Attendee details

  • Booker email address

  • Activity they are currently booked on to

  • Activity you'd like to move them to

  • Schedule of activity (time slot)

  • Ticket type

This will look like below:

  • Child's name

  • Guardian's email address

  • Football class Monday

  • Football class Tuesday

  • 6pm

  • Monthly Membership

How long will this take?

  • We will aim to action within 2 business days of request. We will look to add this functionality in to the platform in the future too.

Can I move someone onto a subscription that has a future start date?

  • Yes, our system will cancel their subscription at the end of the month and then transfer

The new subscription is a different cost, will this charge them the difference?

  • Yes if the subscription is more expensive it will charge them the pro-rated difference, if it costs less then it will apply as credit to the next payment.

Will the guardian receive a confirmation email?

  • Yes they will receive a new booking confirmation email, just like they did when they first booked on.

Will the guardian have to fill in their booking questions again?

  • When a subscription is moved a guardian is sent an email asking them to fill in the details again. This is due to the fact the questions may be different on the new activity.
