If you run wraparound care or afterschool clubs where parents can book different pickup times, or you simply run any kind of activity that has a varied end time, you can use this handy feature to take bookings!
Step 1
Set up your sessions from start to finish
You won't be adding different end times at this stage
Just create 1 session, start to finish, for the maximum total period of time
Step 2
Check the box that says 'Only show start times to customers'
This means that your customers won't see the ending time that you have entered here. You can add the different end time options to your tickets, so they can choose one step later!
Step 3
Create your tickets with the different finish times in the Ticket Name
You can set different prices for each ticket based on the collection time
How will this look to my customers?
Your customers will choose their the session based on the starting time only for the date/day they need
They will then be able to pick from any of the tickets you have created based on the collection time they need
Once they will checkout, don't worry - your customers will only see the session times that they have selected on their ticket.
You can see which ticket any attendee has purchased at a glance from the register, so you are prepared for who needs to go home at what time!
