Overview
As a Broker/Admin you will have access to updating, removing, and adding Lender accounts for your team!
If the Lender you're adding to the CRM is also supposed to contribute financially, please reach out to our Billing Team at billing@boomtownroi.com or call 843-518-6008, and they will be happy to assist!
To access your Lender user list, open your left-hand navigation menu, click on the Admin tab, and then select the Users - Lenders option.
Add a Lender
It is very important that you do not overwrite an existing Lender account to add a new Lender account to the system. Doing so can cause issues with text messages and emails sent through the system.
To add a new Lender user, select the add a new lender partner > link above your Lender list.
When adding a new Lender to the system, you only need to fill out the required information indicated by a red asterisk.

If your Lender partner has an existing BoomTown account with another team, they will need to provide you with a different email address to use for their account under your Team. |
User Role | Most times you’ll want to give your lending partners the Lender user role. Granting administrator permissions gives the Lender Admin access to ALL leads, belonging to all Lenders. You can always adjust these additional settings after your Lender is added to the system. |
Settings | A Lender User must be set to ON for both Show Lender on Website and Send Leads to this Lender, in order for them to display under the Finance page. If there are other Lender Users set to ON for both of these rotations, the Finance page will rotate the Lender it displays. If you want a Lender user to show under the Finance page, but you don't necessarily want them receiving leads in the rotation, you can turn them ON for both rotations, but set their Leads per Round to zero. You can always adjust these settings after your Lender is added to the system. |
Company Name | Include the name of the lending company your Lender works for, and this will display in the right-hand sidebar of the Finance Page for that Lender. |
Contact Info | You are required to enter your Lender's first and last name. The system requires at least one Lender user to be in the lead rotation at all times. So if you do not currently have a Lending partner as part of your team, you could create a Lender account using a generic name, such as "Preferred Lender". |
Lender Integration - Velocify | This is an optional setting for Lenders that utilize the external CRM, Velocify. Lenders that want to have their BoomTown information integrated with their Velocify account will need to enter both the Campaign ID and Client ID provided by Velocify. |
Lender Integration -Movement (Dynamics) Integration | This is an optional setting for Movement Mortgage Lenders that utilize the external CRM, Microsoft Dynamics. Movement Mortgage Lenders that want to have their BoomTown information integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics account will need to enter both the Campaign ID and Client ID provided by Microsoft Dynamics. |
Activation Email | Your final step is to send the Lender the activation email before creating the Lender profile! |
All the information that you choose not to enter can be entered by the Lender at their convenience when they log in to their accounts and access their My Profile page!
