The My Listing My Lead feature allows you to click a toggle on the Lead Matching page so that anytime an unregistered visitor views a listing on your team's website that's associated with an Agent on your team, that Agent's information will display on the listing, and that lead will automatically be routed to the appropriate Agent when they register.
In order to enable My Listing My Lead for your team, first navigate to the Lead Matching page in your left-hand menu bar.
Once on this page, in the My Listing My Lead area at the top, click the toggle to blue to turn the setting on.
The toggle will be displayed in grey and be off by default, so it will need to be turned on to use for our team. Once it displays as blue, as above, the setting is turned on!
In order for the My Listing My Lead setting to associate an Agent with specific listings, the Agent must be listed as the primary Listing Agent for the property within the MLS. Additionally, the Agent must also have their correct Agent MLS ID number entered in their profile in their BoomTown account.
# Protips
My Listing My Lead settings will not override Agent subdomains, so if a lead accesses a My Listing My Lead property on an Agent's subdomain, that lead will still be assigned to the Agent whose subdomain is being accessed, and not necessarily the Agent whose listing is being viewed.
My Listing My Lead will only apply to leads that are registering on the site initially, and any existing leads will still only ever see their assigned Agent on all listings when logged into their account on your BoomTown website.
My Listing My Lead will also apply to leads that are Auto-Imported into the system if there is listing data present, My Listing My Lead will override any Lead Matching rules, and be routed to the listing agent.
An Agent does not need to be turned on in the lead rotation for the team in order for My Listing My lead to work for their listings. The My Listing My Lead rules will override the rotation settings for the Agent.
