One of the best things about Elevate GO is seeing your stores' data like never before. One of the reports that gives you a totally new view of DLAR, combined with metrics from other sources, is the Calendar report.
What is the Calendar Report?
The Calendar report, found in the DLAR menu, shows you a daily digest of key metrics each day in the current month. Each day, the Calendar report will display your New Activations, Upgrades, Payments, Conversion, Store Visits, Outbound Calls, and Elevate Campaigns.
This report provides you the best view by day of these key metrics and can help you easily spot trends as well as make connections between traffic, activations, and your marketing efforts.
What you'll see in the Calendar report and how to use it
The Calendar report is laid out, as you would expect, like a calendar. Metrics fill in from different sources by day. You can use the filters and checkboxes at the top of the report to narrow things down, if you want.
Top things to know about the Calendar Report:
DLAR metrics will populate once DLAR is processed each day - around 10AM. Note that this is a day behind since DLAR is provided daily for the previous day's sales.
Elevate Marketing metrics are displayed as number of locations. Email and SMS Campaign numbers will load as campaigns finish sending for the day, and Outbound Call locations will populate next day.
Store Visit metrics will load in real time based on how many visits/checklists have been completed by locations.
