The questions report is your answer if you are looking to gather information from multiple interactions of one checklist/visit. You can quickly go through answers being filled out across multiple locations for a particular program. Depending on the type of question, you can even get a quick breakdown of all the data together. Let’s go into this report and how to start using it today.

Top Uses for the Questions Report:

  1. All location responses in one place: Easily view all answers to a particular question based on the filters you set.

  2. Great starting point for more in-depth review: In this report, you can dig deeper into any question to see which locations answered what response. If you want to dig deeper into locations with a detailed response, this is a great place to start.

You’ll head over to Reports on the menu and then click Questions on the sub-menu. You’ll see a long list of questions when you get to the report. These are all the questions from programs you have access to view or edit.

*For Carrier & Company Users, it should be noted that the interactions and questions available will vary based on the access given.

Use the filters at the top to narrow down the list of questions, if needed. We recommend trying out the program or question types filters.

Once you have your list of questions you are interested in, you’ll notice some essential columns of information. Answers will show how many times that question was answered. If this seems low, make sure this question is required or applicable if it’s an optional question. The breakdown column gives a quick breakdown of all the questions’ answers. Breakdowns will be shown for the following question types: Multiple Select, Yes/No, Select Dropdown, Rating, and Checkbox.

If you want to take a closer look at one question, in particular, click the “eye” icon to view. From there, you will be taken to a new question breakdown that shows all the locations that have filled out that question and their answers. Note: Utilize the filters to find specific locations’ answers. Depending on the type of question, there may be another breakdown just below the filters to visualize the question data. If you want to dig deeper into a particular location’s answer, click the “eye” icon to view the entire interaction along with the other questions answered.

You can continue to use this report to keep tabs on checklists/visits. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to reach out via phone or email at 877.839.8777 support@boostelevatego.com.
