Elevate GO has report email subscriptions so you can get the most up-to-date data, that is most important to you, right to your email inbox. With these reports delivered to your inbox, get a quick view of your locations at that time, and then if you need the full picture sign back into Elevate GO. Below, we are going to show you the main difference in types of email subscriptions and how to set one up yourself.

You should be aware there are two major types of email subscriptions that can be chosen in the Elevate GO reports. Date Range subscriptions allow you to choose the data represented. Meanwhile, Month to Date subscriptions only shows data as month-to-date. See below.

Date Range Email Subscriptions

For example, if you want the data in your email subscription to just be from yesterday or from last week, you can select that when creating your email subscription. The full set of options for data is yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, and month to date. Below, are the reports that offer these options.

  • Interactions

  • Questions

  • Question Detail

  • Program Export

Month to Date Email Subscriptions

The reports below will only be able to be emailed with the data representing month to date. This is primarily because of the type of data that is being shown and the sources for the reports.

  • DLAR

  • Markets DLAR

  • Master Agent DLAR

  • Dealer DLAR

  • Door Type DLAR

  • Marketing Engagement

Set up Your Report Email Subscription

Now, let's go over how to set up your own email report subscription!

1. First, head over to the report that you would like to get an email subscription going forward.

2. Choose the filters on the report that you want to be represented in the data. For example, if you want it to only show one location or one region.

Note: The only filter that is not enacted is the date range, as that is chosen during the email subscription creation phase.

3. If the report has an update button, click that first. If not, or after you click update, you can click on the "Subscribe" button.

4. Begin choosing your preferred options for an email subscription.

  • For a Date Range Email Subscriptions your options will be :

    1. Name of Report - What you want to name the report specifically. (i.e. Location #1 Interactions from Previous Week)

    2. Data Date Range - This is what date range of data you want to be represented in the report. Your options will be Yesterday, Last Week, Last 30 Days, and Month to Date.

    3. Frequency - This is how often you get an email with this report. Your options will be Daily, Weekly, Monthly.***

    4. Filters - These filters are the ones you had chosen before you clicked on subscribe. Make sure to double-check these and if needed, exit out and reselect the filters needed.

  • For a Month to Date Email Subscription your options will be:

    1. Name of Report - What you want to name the report specifically. (i.e. Location #1 Interactions from Previous Week)

    2. Data Date Range - This is what date range of data you want to be represented in the report. This will default to Month to Date.

    3. Frequency - This is how often you get an email with this report. Your options will be Daily, Weekly, Monthly.****

    4. Filters - These filters are the ones you had chosen before you clicked on subscribe. Make sure to double-check these and if needed, exit out and reselect the filters needed.

5. Once you have made your selections and named your email subscription, click the orange subscribe button and you should be all set to start receiving email subscriptions moving forward. See examples below for the full walkthrough.
