  • When does this promo start/end?

  • What other offers can this promo be combined with, if any?

Perfecting the Pitch

  • What is the main benefit to the customer? (I.e., how much will they be saving?)

  • Provide 3 examples of qualifying questions you could ask a customer to find out if they are eligible for this promo.
