A Promo Readiness Checklist can be just the tool in your EGO tool chest to up your location's selling game. It can help with increasing revenue, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Implementing a promo readiness checklist can not only make selling as easy as checking off a checklist, but it can make sure promo knowledge is consistent from location to location.   2. Name 3 selling points you could use to pitch this promo.

  3. How many promo devices are currently in stock?

  4. Are there any promo device accessories we are missing? If so, which ones?

  5. Take a photo of the promo materials and/or signage in the store.

General Promo Knowledge

  • Describe the promo in your own words

  • When does this promo start/end?

  • Who is the ideal customer for this promo?

  • Who is not eligible for this promo?

  • What other offers can this promo be combined with, if any?

Perfecting the Pitch

  • What is the main benefit to the customer? (I.e., how much will they be saving?)

  • Provide 3 examples of qualifying questions you could ask a customer to find out if they are eligible for this promo.

  • Name 3 selling points you could use to pitch this promo.

  • Name 3 accessories you could pitch alongside this promo.

  • Which VAS can be combined with this promo?

BOH & Sales Floor Prep

  • How many promo devices are currently in stock?

  • Are there any promo device accessories we are missing? If so, which ones?

  • Is the promo phone included in the demo display?

  • Has the store received promo materials/signage?

  • Are the promo materials/signage displayed correctly in the store?

  • Please take a photo of the promo materials and/or signage in the store.

  • How is the promo applied in Elevate POS?
