Wondering how you can either send or receive checklist or store visit summaries automatically? Carbon copies is your answer!

When to set up Carbon Copies

By default, only the person who completes a checklist or visit will receive an email with the summary. To have this summary sent to additional user roles or email addresses, you can set up carbon copies on the programs you would like shared.

How to set up Carbon Copies

To set up carbon copies, a Dealer Owner or Dealer Admin can visit the Programs section of Elevate GO to display all the programs for the dealership.

Once on the Programs page, click the Eye icon at the right of the program you'd like to set up carbon copies for.

Then, on the particular program's page, click on the Carbon Copies tab toward the bottom of the page. Click Add to add a new email address or role to copy.

In the pop-up box, select the Door Type(s) of the visits you would like sent to the carbon copy recipient. For example, if you wanted the recipient to only receive summaries for BR doors, you would only choose this door type. You can choose multiple door types but must choose at least one.

The next three fields (Role(s), Additional Email(s), and Ad Hoc Email(s)) will allow you to select or enter your carbon copy recipients. Note that you can use any of these to choose your recipient(s).

Role(s): Use this field to select Elevate GO roles that will receive the carbon copies. You can choose from Carrier, Company (DDP), or Dealer level roles.

Additional Email(s): Use this field to select recipients based on the DDM file. These users are tied to your doors via the file loaded into Elevate GO from Boost Mobile. These users may not necessarily have a log-in to Elevate GO.

Ad Hoc Email(s): Use this box to enter any additional email addresses of carbon copy recipients.

When you have finished adding your recipients, click Save.

How to remove Carbon Copy recipients

To edit carbon copy recipients, simply visit the page for the program you'd like to edit and click the 'X' at the right under actions to remove recipient. Confirm the removal in the pop-up.
