LSC Administrators use AI Access Policies to decide which accounts and requestors can use Boostlingo's AI features:

AI Interpreter
AI Transcriptions and Summaries
Note: If you don't see the option to create an AI Access policy, or one of the features above isn't available, contact your Account Manager to enable it.

Create an AI Access policy
Go to Configuration>Company>Customize and select AI Access.
Select + Create AI Features Policy.
Enter a name and an optional description, then click Save.
Click into the feature list tab (brain icon) and click + Add Feature.
Select Features from the dropdown and click Save.
Select the Policy Members tab.
Choose which requestors and accounts to grant access.
Tip: Create multiple policies to make different features available to different customers.

For LSC admins: if an AI feature isn't available to an account, confirm the account is a member of a policy that includes that feature, then reach out to Boostlingo Support with the account name and policy name. If you don't see a specific feature as an option in the list, reach out to your Account Manager about enabling that feature.
