Yes, Boostlingo provides translation services, and LSC Administrators can control which requestors have access to request them from the web portal.
Request a translation
To request a translation, use the Translation Services request form on the Boostlingo website. You can also add a link to the form directly in your Boostlingo web portal.
Add translations to your web portal
Ask your Account Manager to add the Translations feature to your web portal. Once it's on, a "Translations" option appears in the left sidebar.
Control requestor access
Note: Requestor access to the translations module is off by default. You can control it at the system level and the account level.
For your organization (system level)
Navigate to Configuration > Accounts and select "Edit".
Toggle "Translations" on, then select "Save".
For a single account (account level)
Navigate to Members > Accounts and select the account.
In the account details panel, find the section for feature overrides and update "Translations".

Tip: You can also determine Translations access for LSC admins and requestor admins through custom role settings. Read more here: Roles: Custom Roles
Next steps and getting more help
For LSC Admins: If the Translations option isn't appearing for a requestor who should have it, confirm the feature is on at both the system and account levels. Then contact Boostlingo Support with the account name. If you're not sure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
