LSC Administrators use service type policies to limit which service types accounts can choose. Use them to shorten the list of options or to keep accounts from selecting certain service types.
Create a service type policy
Go to "Configuration>Company>Customize" and select "List Management".
Select "Service Type" from the side menu, then select "Create Service Type List Policy".
Name your policy and, optionally, add a description. Select "Create Policy".
Open the new policy, then select "+ Add New List Item".
In the pop-up, choose a service type from the dropdown and select "Create List Item".
Repeat for each service type you want in the policy. To change the order, select "Reorder".
Apply the policy to accounts
In the policy, select "Policy Members".
Select "Add Accounts".
Choose the accounts you want in the policy, then select "Add Chosen".

For LSC admins: if a service type isn't available on an account, confirm the account is a member of the policy, then reach out to Boostlingo Support with the account name and policy name. If you're unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
