Priority Interpreters and Do Not Call list for On Demand

How LSC Administrators set up priority, call-only, and do-not-call interpreter lists per account, and BHub exclusions for On Demand calls.

Written by Quinn Bott

LSC Administrators can prioritize, restrict, and exclude interpreters from On Demand calls at the account level, and exclude BHub interpreters at the system level.

At the account level, view or edit these lists from Members>Accounts: open the account and select the Routing tab. The lists are deactivated by default.

Priority and Call Only interpreters (account level)

  1. On the Calling tab of the account, scroll down or click on Call List.

2. Toggle the list On.

3. Select a Mode:

  • Prioritize: these interpreters are rung first for incoming On Demand calls. If they don't answer, the call also goes to other interpreters, but keeps ringing the priority interpreters until it's answered.

  • Call Only: only interpreters in this list are notified of On Demand calls for this client. No others are rung.

Note: You can select either Prioritize or Call Only, not both.

4. Click + Manage and add interpreters (type a name to filter the list).

5. Select Save Changes.

Do Not Call list (account level)

The Interpreter Do Not Call List for an account is deactivated by default.

  2. Toggle the list On.

  3. Select +Manage and add the interpreters to exclude.

  4. Select Save Changes.

BHub exclusions (system level)

To stop routing a specific BHub interpreter for On Demand calls across all accounts:

  1. Go to Configuration>Company>Calls and select Edit next to BHub exclusions.

2. Enter the interpreter ID you want to exclude and select Add.

3. Select Save Changes.

Next steps / Getting more help

For LSC admins: if calls aren't routing to (or away from) the interpreters you expect, confirm each list is toggled on, then contact Boostlingo Support with the account name and the interpreter IDs involved. If you're not sure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
