When viewing call logs, you can sort by call status. The status filter defaults to "Connected", so change it to see calls in other statuses.
What each status means
Connected: The requestor successfully connected to an interpreter.
Abandoned: The requestor ended the call before an interpreter joined. It can also mean an interpreter tried to answer, but technical issues on the requestor's or interpreter's side prevented the call from connecting.
Unfulfilled: The call went through operator intake but was not connected to an interpreter, or the call went to a third-party call center but was not connected to an interpreter.
Rollover: The call was originally routed as a VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) call, but no VRI interpreters were available, so the call type changed to an OPI (Over the Phone Interpreting) call. It can also mean the call was originally routed to an AI interpreter and the requestor opted to switch to a human interpreter.
