From a computer
Sign in to your profile using Chrome or Firefox.
Open the caller and select the Scheduled tab.
Select Join and wait for the other party to join.
Once both parties have joined, the call begins.
From the mobile app
Open the mobile app — the scheduled call opens automatically if you’re within 7 minutes of the start time.
Tap JOIN and wait for the other party to join.

For LSC admins: if a participant can’t join a scheduled call, confirm they’re within the 7-minute window and on a supported browser, then reach out to Boostlingo Support with the appointment details. If you’re unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
