LSC Administrators can edit the subject line, preheader text, and email body for certain notification types, per recipient role.
Note: This customization is currently available for the Scheduled notification.
Customize a notification
As an LSC Administrator, navigate to Configuration>Company>Communications and select the notification type you want to edit.
Select the "Customize" tab in the notification pop-up.
Select a "Role Recipient" before editing. You can customize for both system roles and custom roles.
Edit the "Subject" line, "Preheader" text, and email body. Select "Use Default" to revert to the default.
Select "Save".
Common questions
What is preheader text? The text at the very top of the notification email.
Can I choose which appointment fields are included? Only through field privacy, set in the Appointment Form Policy. Field privacy applies to interpreters; the fields shown to requestors and administrators are fixed.
Why don't some users see my changes? The email must be customized for each role recipient separately. Confirm the user's role has been customized.
What can I change in the body? Text size, color, and highlight; bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough; headers and quotes; font; line spacing; bulleted and numbered lists; tables; and a code view of the HTML.
