Notifications are sent to specific users based on their role. LSC Administrators can control which system roles and custom roles receive each notification.
System roles
The system roles configurable for notifications are:
Interpreter Root Admin (LSC administrator)
Interpreter
Requestor Admin (client administrator)
Requestor
To set them:
Navigate to Configuration>Company>Communications>Notifications.
Select a notification settings card.
Set the roles in the System Roles section of that notification's settings.
Custom roles
Custom roles let you send a notification to administrators in a more specific role. Learn more in Roles: Custom Roles
As with system roles, set custom roles in the Custom Roles section of the same notification settings card.
Note: You can adjust recipient roles at any time for any notification type in its settings card.
