Notifications - Roll-Up and Reminder Options

How LSC Administrators consolidate notifications into roll-up summaries and configure appointment reminder timing.

Written by Quinn Bott

LSC Administrators can consolidate certain notifications into a daily summary (roll-up) and set reminders for scheduled appointments.

Roll-up options

Roll-up messages combine Created, Assigned, and Scheduled notifications into a single summary email instead of one email per appointment.

Example: if roll-up is set for 7 AM, you receive one email at 7 AM listing new appointments created in the last 24 hours, along with what was assigned and scheduled.

  1. Navigate to Configuration>Company>Communications>Notifications.

  2. Select the settings card for the notification type (Created, Assigned, or Scheduled), then select "Advanced".

  3. Check "Roll-up Messages", set the time it should send, and select "Save".

Note: Assigned and Scheduled roll-up messages only include appointments that are at least 2 days away. Appointments that have been assigned or scheduled and start in less than 48 hours will still arrive as individual notifications at the time they're assigned or scheduled, to keep communication prompt.

Reminder options

Reminders send a single reminder email for all of a user's scheduled appointments that day, at a time or interval you choose.

  1. Navigate to Configuration>Company>Communications>Notifications.

  2. Select the "Scheduled" notification card, then select "Advanced".

  3. Under "Reminder Options", select "Custom Reminder", then choose how reminders send:

    • "Time of Day Reminder": enable it and pick a time (for example, 5:00 AM).

    • "Start time Reminder": enable it and pick an interval before the start time (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, half a day, or up to a full day).
