Yes, but the path depends on whether the user is an interpreter or already an LSC Admin.
Promote an Interpreter to Default LSC Admin
An interpreter must first become an LSC Admin before they can be promoted further.
Go to Members>Interpreters and select the interpreter to open their Interpreter details panel.
Select the "..." icon in the top right corner for additional actions.
Select Make Admin.
Promote an LSC Admin to Root Admin
From the left-hand panel, select Configuration.
From the Configuration list, select Company>Administrators and select the relevant admin to open their Administrator details panel.
Select the "..." icon in the top right corner for additional actions.
Select Make Root Admin.
