Signing into the Boostlingo app in Teams

Written by Quinn Bott

Once the Boostlingo app is added to your scheduled Teams call, sign in to start requesting interpreters. This article covers the two supported sign-in methods.

Note: These steps take place in Microsoft Teams, a third-party application. The Boostlingo Teams app is only available for scheduled Teams calls.

You can sign in two ways:

  • Email and password: enter the email and password you usually use for Boostlingo.

  • Microsoft: select "Sign in with Microsoft."

Note: If you normally use a different sign-in method, sign into Boostlingo in a separate browser tab, or reach out to Boostlingo Support to update your login method. Microsoft SSO is supported in the US only.

Next steps / Getting more help

  • Once signed in, add an interpreter to your call.

  • For requestors: if you can't sign in, confirm you're using email and password or Microsoft sign-in, then let your LSC admin know.
