You can track the call for a Zoom virtual meeting directly in the Boostlingo platform, useful for finding the exact time and date, the duration, and more.

Zoom calls show up in the account and requestor logs associated with the email address that was used to invite the interpreter.

Zoom calls will show "Zoom" on the requestor device type when you hover over the icon on the far right of the log:

They will also show Zoom in the downloaded logs under Requestor Device Type.

If you can't find a Zoom call in the logs, please reach out to our support team and include the time of the meeting and the email address that was used to invite the interpreter.
