Bounce offers package pickup and storage services with specific policies for Pay-as-you-go, Monthly Subscription, and VIP Subscription plans.
Overview of Pickup Windows and Late Fees

Plan-Specific Details
1. Pay As You Go Plan ($4/package)
Pickup Window: 5 days from when the package is marked as received.
Late Fees: $1 USD per day late fee applies after the initial 5 days.
Extensions: Extensions can be requested by notifying Bounce in advance. However, the maximum storage period is 30 days. Beyond 30 days, the package may be sent back or disposed of by the store.
2. Monthly Subscription Plan ($25/month)
Pickup Window: 7 days from when the package is marked as received.
Late Fees: $1 USD per day late fee applies after the initial 7 days.
3. VIP Subscription Plan ($70/month)

Extensions and Handling Beyond Pickup Windows
Extensions Under Pay As You Go Plan: If you need longer storage than the standard 5 days, you must notify Bounce beforehand. The maximum allowable storage is capped at 30 days. After 30 days, the store may choose to return or dispose of your package.
Important Notes for Other Plans: Late pickups will result in incremental daily fees irrespective of plan type, and packages left beyond the maximum period may be managed according to local store policies. This applies primarily after the VIP 30-day window expires.
