What payment methods does Bounce accept?

You can pay for your Bounce booking using any of these payment methods:

No. Bounce bookings must be paid for through the Bounce website or app. We don't accept cash payments at our storage locations.

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so directly from your booking in the Bounce app or website.

Your refund eligibility depends on when you cancel. Check our refund and cancellation policy for more details.

Eligible bookings include $10,000 in Bag Protection per bag. Coverage is subject to Bag Protection's terms and conditions.
