When can I request a refund?
To get a booking refund you need to do a booking cancellation.
If you cancel a booking up to 1 hour before check-in time, you can get a full refund in cash or Bounce credits. Up to you.
If you cancel a booking 1 hour or less before check-in time you will be refunded with Bounce credits.
If you cancel a booking within the first hour after check-in time you will be refunded with Bounce credits.
Bookings that are cancelled after 1 hour of check-in time won't be refunded.
How to cancel a booking?
Here are the steps on how to cancel your booking.
Go to your Bounce app and find your booking,
Click View details.
Go to Change booking and click Cancel this booking.
Choose why are you cancelling.
Choose how you want to receive your refund.
Select Cancel booking.
Choose how you want to be refunded (if applicable)
Check how many Bounce credits you have in the app under Payments and Credits tab.
