How can I contact the Store partner?

If you need to contact a partner regarding your reservation, you can send a message directly through our app.

Please follow these steps to send a message to the store partner:

1️⃣ Log in to the app using the email you used for booking.
2️⃣ Tap on "Bookings".
3️⃣ Find your reservation and select it.
4️⃣ Click on "View details".
5️⃣ Scroll down, and you’ll find the "Message Store" button.

It should open a messaging window. In the window, you can type and send your message directly to the partner associated with your booking.

Tips for Messaging:

  • Be clear and concise in your message.

  • Include any relevant details such as your booking reference number or specific questions.

  • Allow some time for the partner to respond, especially during busy hours.
