If you need to contact a partner regarding your reservation, you can send a message directly through our app.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in on the app using the email address you used to make your booking.

  2. Select "Bookings." This will take you to a list of all your reservations.

  3. Find your reservation. Please scroll through your bookings to find the specific

  4. reservation you need to talk about.

  5. After selecting your reservation, click on the option labeled "Message Store Partner."


It should open a messaging window. In the window, you can type and send your message directly to the partner associated with your booking.

Tips for Messaging:

  • Be clear and concise in your message.

  • Include any relevant details such as your booking reference number or specific questions.

  • Allow some time for the partner to respond, especially during busy hours.
