Activity Registration & Fee refunds

Refund a registration or fee related to a season/activity.

Refund Activity Registration

Activity Registration is charged, and refunded, per-student. To refund a registration, go to the Students tab in your school dashboard (Students -> Students).

  1. Click the arrow next to the student who's registration you are refunding.

  2. Click Registrations from the options below the student's name.

  3. Click the registration you are refunding. You can also filter registration to display by school year, but the current year is default.

  4. A new window will open. Click Refund in the top right.

  5. Click the checkbox next to the registration. Select a Service Fee option, i.e. whether the school or customer will absorb the Service Fee. By default, the Service Fee is set to "Fee Not Refunded."

  6. Enter a Reason for Refund, and a Description.

  7. Review the details and fields, then click Submit Refund.

Refund Fees

  1. In the Students tab, click Registration.

  2. Click Fees.

  3. A list of students and fees will appear. Select the student you are refunding the fee for.

  4. Click Refund in the top right corner. Follow the same steps outlined above.
