Camp and Community Education registrations can both be refunded from your school's dashboard, starting under Events. Both flows converge on the same refund window, where you choose whether the Service Fee is refunded by your School or withheld, then select a refund reason before submitting. You can also keep the student enrolled in the Camp/Class/Group while still issuing the refund.
Camp refunds
Camp registration can be refunded within your school's dashboard. To complete a refund:
Go to Events -> Camps.
Click the arrow next to the registration to view details.
In the Camps Registration window, click the arrow next to the Registration you are refunding:
You will see the details of this registration, where you can review the status and edit details. To begin the refund, click the Refund button next to 'Manage Cart':
Check the box for the registration you are refunding.
Select whether the Service Fee is refunded by your school, or if the fee is not refunded:
Select a reason for the refund.

Enter a description, then click Submit:
Note: To submit the registration refund without removing the student from the camp, check the Keep Athlete in Camp? checkbox at the bottom of the refund pop-up.
