Assigning coaches to their sports at every level they are involved with will:
Connect them for communication under Messenger
Adds them to the staff list on public pages
Add them printable programs
Prefill the Member Directory for your school and your state association
1. To assign coaches, click the Jersey icon, Coaches, Manage Coaches, and then click Assignments.
2. To assign a coach to a sport choose the Female, Male or Coed from the filters list.
Then select the level you are assigning coaches for.
Click Assign Coach in the top right corner of the sport.
3. Choose Head Coach or Assistant Coach and click the appropriate radio button.
Next, select the coach from the Coach List Drop Down (How to add a coach to the Coach List) and then click Assign Coach.
4. Once assigned you'll see that coach listed under that sport.
