User permissions control what access your users have, from event scheduling to financial management. You can grant or revoke access to a fine-tuned level, assigning permissions based on a specific role.
Add or remove every permission at once, or scope permissions more precisely by program, level, activity, venue, etc.
Most administrative tasks, such as creating an event, require the relevant permission(s).
Managing user permissions
In your school dashboard, click Users. Click the edit button next to the user who's permissions you want to adjust.
In the user window, click Permissions.
Bulk add or remove all permissions
Clicking Add All Permissions will grant the selected user access to every permission.
Click Remove All Permissions at any time to revoke every permission for that user.
Adding specific permissions
Each permission category has its own all-permissions toggle, but you can also select specific permissions individually under each category.
Example: Administration permissions filter selected
