Coaches, AD assistants, principals, and other school staff need an invite to access the admin side of your school. Each invite sets the user's roles and permissions, and the user receives an email to accept it and log in.
Send an Invite
In the left sidebar, click Users.
Click Manage Invites -> Send Invite.
Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email. Cell Phone and Work Phone are optional. Then click Proceed to Roles.
Select each role that applies to the user, then click Proceed to Permissions.
Set the user's permissions:
To give the user full access, click Add All Permissions.
To give limited access, open a category tab, such as Programs or Events, and turn on the permissions the user needs.
For program access, open the Programs tab and choose the program from Select Girls Program, Select Boys Program, or Select Coed Program. Turn on All Permissions for the program, or only the permissions the user needs, then click Save Permissions at the bottom of the page.
Tip: For suggested coach settings, see Recommended program user permission settings for coaches, sponsors, or directors.
Click the Send tab. Edit the Subject and Body if needed, then click Send Invite.
The Invites page opens with the new invite in the list, along with its Expiration date. The user receives an email to accept the invite and log in.
Manage Pending Invites
Click Users -> Manage Invites -> View Invites.
Find the invite. Use the search box or the All Roles and Any Permissions filters to narrow the list.
Click the pencil button next to the invite. From here you can:

Use the Roles and Permissions tabs to change what the invite grants.
Open the Send tab to send the invite again.
Click Delete Invite to cancel the invite.
NOTE: A deleted invite can't be recovered. To give the person access later, send a new invite.
