How do I decline a request?

To decline a booking request, simply click "Update quote" when you receive a request that you cannot accept. In the pop-up window that appears, you'll find a "Decline" button in red at the bottom and will be asked to reconfirm your choice.

You’ll also be asked to provide a reason for declining the request, which could help keep the guest interested in booking with you in the future. If you choose the option that you're uncomfortable with the potential reservation, rest assured that this information will remain private and won't be disclosed to the guest. Your privacy is respected.
