This tutorial details the processes for creating, managing and picking stock pallets in BRAINR. The functionality allows you to group materials on pallets in an organized way, track movements and finalize operations with automated labelling.
Palletizing is the process of grouping materials or products on pallets to facilitate transport, storage and stock management.
Create Stock Palletization - Web
From the Homepage, navigate to the "Stock Grouping in Pallets" app , in the Warehouse Movements section.
Click on "Create Stock Grouping " . Stock Grouping" in the top right-hand corner.
Important Note: When you create a document, the system automatically opens the last one in Pending status. Only if none exists will a new one be created.
When you create the document, you will automatically be redirected to the picking page.
The following options are available within the picking document:
Products: Displays the products and the rates added. You can expand each one to see the details of the picks and tares, and perform actions.
Tariffs: Lists tariffs to be sorted and already sorted.
Quality: Lists the quality controls completed and yet to be completed.
Create a tare where the products will be added, click on "AddContainer".
Once the tare has been created, we can start picking the products into it by clicking on the 3 dots on the line where we want to pick.
Fill in the necessary data for the picking modal. In the expansion, edit or remove
After picking, you can view the picked product in the list of products, as well as in the tare expansion to which it has been added.
Monitor the product's status as In Progress and adjust as necessary. Edit or remove already picked products using the 3 points.
Finish the palletizing process by clicking Finish, a label will be printed when the pallet is closed.
Creating and Picking Palletized Stock - Mobile
From the homepage, navigate to the "Pallet Stock Grouping" app , in the Warehouse Movements section.
Click on "+ Create Agrup. Stock" to start a new document.
If configured, fill in the Quality Control.
After filling in the Quality Control, you will be redirected to the picking page. The palletizing module assumes that the user always wants to pick onto a pallet. Therefore, the first tab displayed is "Product Mix", where you can create, edit and delete pallets.

Add the tare weight that will be used in palletizing.
Click on the symbol ✏️ in the bottom right-hand corner. This will open the tare creation modal.
Select the tare.

After adding the tare, click on the 3 dots and pick the tare. If configured, classify tares and fill in the quality control using the InLine method.
Immediately after picking, the pallet's quantity and weight values are automatically updated to reflect the pick made.

You can expand the tare weight to analyze the picks made.
Once all the picks have been completed, we can begin the process of closing the document. To do this, all you have to do is go back in the picking process. A confirmation modal will appear where you must answer "yes". Please note that you can only close a document when all the pies have been sorted and all the quality controls have been completed.
