This tutorial details the processes for creating, managing and picking a stock entry or exit in BRAINR. The functionality allows you to record product entries and exits in the system.
On the Homepage, select the "Goods Receipts" or "Goods Dispatches" app in the Warehouse Movements section.
The app displays a list of all stock receipts or issues, pre-filtered to show the current day's data. You can change the filters at the top to consult documents for specific periods or criteria.
In the list, click on the three dots and select "Create Entry" or, in the top corner, click on "Create Entries".
In the modal, select the type of document (type of movement for which it is intended), the reason and, if necessary, the cost center.
If configured, fill in the associated quality control.
Within the picking document, the following options are available:
Products: Displays the products within each consignment. You can expand each one to see details of the picks and rates, and carry out actions on them.
Tariffs: Lists the tariffs to be classified and those already classified (depending on the configuration in the document series).
Quality: Lists the quality controls completed and those yet to be completed (depending on whether the document requires quality control or not).
In the picking document, click on "Add Product" or, if you already have lines, select the one you want and click on "Picking".
In the picking modal, fill in the stock entry location, quantity and other mandatory product specifications.
After picking, expand the line to check the picks made.
If necessary, edit or remove the pick by clicking on the three dots next to the line and selecting the desired option.
In the Tares tab, you can manually sort the tares. There are two tabs: Unclassified and Classified.
In the Unclassified tab, there are two ways of sorting:
Inbulk (classify several at the same time): in the row by tare type, click on the three dots next to it and select "Classify".
Individually: expand the row, and for each tare, click on the three dots and select "Classify".
In the Classified tab, as well as viewing the classified tares, you can edit the classification or remove the tare if necessary.
If there are quality controls, go to the Quality tab. Under "To Validate", click on the three dots and select "Fill" to fill them in. To view the checks that have already been carried out, see the "Validated" section.
If a document is in the “Completed” status, it can be Reopened only if it has not yet been integrated with the ERP, meaning it does not yet have an external document number.
Mobile
Just like on the web, in Mobile it is possible to create and pick incoming and outgoing stock. Both processes are identical and have the same steps.
On the Mobile Dashboard, click on "Goods Receipt" or "Goods Outbound".
Select one of the documents or create a new one by clicking on the "+" symbol. You will be directed to a form where you must indicate the Document Type, Reason and Cost Center. These fields can be configured in terms of both content and obligation. If configured, also fill in the quality control.

Within the document, you can start the picking process. In a Goods Receipt, pick for a destination location. On a Goods Outbound, pick from a source location. If configured, carry out Tare classification and Quality control via the Inline process.

If you have unclassified Tares, you can go to the "Tares" tab. Here you can add and edit tares.
In the Quality tab, fill in any outstanding quality controls.
To close the document, navigate backwards. A confirmation modal will appear where you must answer "yes". Note that you can only close a document when all the tares have been classified and all the quality controls have been completed.
