There are two ways to do a manual web pick: add a count of a material not expected by the system or pick from an existing material line.

To get started, navigate to the inventory details and access the documents tab. You'll find a document for each warehouse in your inventory. In the warehouse where you want to add a pick, click on pick. This takes you to a counting document.

All picks include three steps:

  • Product - Product information (GTIN, Lot, etc.)

  • Tariffs - Add additional tariffs

  • Warehouse - In this step you can specify a location within the warehouse

The picking methods are shown below.

PICKING - Add a new product

Click on "Add Product". Fill in the picking modal.

MOBILE - Pick by Reading

Explanation of how to scan labels on mobile.

  1. Access the Inventory app. If necessary, use the filters to search for your inventory and enter it. In the details, you can view the characteristics of the inventory. Click on "Start Inventory". A modal will appear with the available counting documents. The count document will only appear in the Mobile application once it has been made available on the web by a responsible person.

  2. Enter the desired count document. Each counting document is associated with a warehouse or location. On your screen, you will always see the warehouse/location associated with each pick. If you are picking for a warehouse, you can also specify a location within that warehouse, allowing for greater precision in locating the product.

  3. Pick the products within the warehouse/location. If configured, perform tare sorting and complete quality control using the Inline method.

  4. You can check and delete the picks made in the "List" tab. You can also create and pick into a multi-product pallet on the "Mix Product" tab.

  5. Before closing a counting document, confirm that all the pies have been sorted and that all the quality controls have been filled in.
