Manage Production Line Allocation in BRAINR MRP to plan quantities and sequencing.• Review work centers, planned quantities, and occupancy, then open a line to manage it. • Adjust Qty. to Produce, switch versions, add Notes, and reorder items via drag-and-drop. • Generate production orders (when available) and Save/Cancel your changes.
Open the MRP Production Line Allocation
On the Homepage, go to the Production Planning section and open the Production Requirements Plan (MRP) module.
In the MRP list, click the three-dots menu on the selected MRP row and choose Details.
On the MRP Result page, click the Production Line Allocation tab.
The page lists all work centers with planned quantities and occupancy percentages.
Click a line name (blue text) to manage it.
Manage line allocation
Depending on status, use these actions:
If no production orders generated yet
Generate Production Orders – Select products (single or bulk) and click the button on the right.
Note: Save adjustments first before generating orders.
Adjust Quantities – Edit values in the Qty. to Produce column.
Add Notes – Enter comments in the Notes column.
Sequence Production – Drag and drop items to reorder the list.
If production orders already generated
Add Notes only – Use the Notes column as above.
Click Save to apply all changes or Cancel to discard them.
