For the last 12 months, many of you were sad because you couldn't create different types of custom fields (aka Custom Attributes). Poblem solved βœ…

1Β°) CRM Custom Attributes (how it works)

In settings, you can determine your custom attributes for individual leads (Person) and company leads.

From there, you can organize the order of your attributes:

  • System attributes (eg. email, website URL): cannot be deleted but can be hidden

  • Custom attributes (eg. checkbox, multi-selector): can be added/deleted and hidden.

2Β°) 12+ new custom attributes

In the past, the only custom attribute that you could created was a TEXT field.

Now you have:

  • the source of the lead (system field)

  • rich text, number, date, location with Google Maps

  • select, multi-select, checkbox, currency

  • phone number & email (ie. to add multiple phone numbers and emails)

  • relation (to add more relation than just linking a lead to a company, you can for example link individiuals to other individuals etc)

All the choices you'll make will be reflected in the lead's profile and the chrome extension.

3Β°) Filter leads by custom attribute

We built an advanced filter system for your to focus on specific leads.

4Β°) Custom attributes are also available in the API + Zapier/Make
