In this article, we will explain how this report works and how it can benefit your business.


What is the Employee Record Change Report?

This report provides a detailed overview of any changes made to your people profiles. This includes changes to email addresses, permissions, and more.


How Does it Work?

The report is automatically generated and can be accessed through your account report settings.

Simply navigate to the Reports menu and select Employee Record Change Report under the HR reports header.

From there, you can specify the date range for the report and view all changes made within that time frame and filter the results by department, location and employee type.

The report will show you the date of the change, the employee who had their profile changed, who changed it, what field they changed, what the previous value was and what the new value is.


Below is a full list of all the fields that are included in the report...

​Person type, Title, First name, Last name, Known as name, Pronouns, Is a director, Division, Department, Company contract type, Notice period, Probation date, Company location, Join date, Gender, DOB, Marital status, Nationality, National insurance, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, City, Post code, County, Country, Is admin, Is HR user, Is finance user, Is line manager, Is fire warden, Is key holder, Is health and safety officer, Is first aider, Is mental health first aider, Line manager, Holiday approver, Expense approver
