Why do my welcome emails not disappear from my dashboard once I send them?

A gentle reminder to give your new employees a nudge

You may notice in the To-Do's area on your Dashboard that you have an Employee awaiting their welcome email.

You click on it and send the email but when you go back the notification is still there!

Do not panic! This is because the user or users you sent the email to have not logged on and its just a reminder to send another or give them a nudge to log on and make use of that great breathe system you given them access to.
