You may notice on your HR/Manager Dashboard that you have an Employee awaiting their welcome email.

You click on it and send the email but when you go back the notification is still there!

Do not panic! This is because the user or users you sent the email to have not logged on and its just a reminder to send another or give them a nudge to log on and make use of that great breathe system you given them access to.
