When you log into Breathe as an HR user you will be taken straight to your new-look dashboard...
The HR dashboard is now incorporated into your personal profile dashboard which is located at the top of the page as displayed below...
To view all areas in your personal profile dashboard press the arrow icon to expand the view as displayed below...
The Dashboard provides an overview of the tasks you need to complete, as well as some information about your employees 'at a glance'.
The first Company highlights section, located below your personal dashboard informs you of:
How many current employees on Breathe
How many employees you currently have on holiday
How many employees you currently have on other leave
How many employees are currently off sick
How many employees are working from home
How many employees have birthdays on that day
You can click through on each of these for more details.
The To-Do's section let's you know of any outstanding tasks or flexible working requests you have to review...
The Next 7 Days section provides notifications of any upcoming events in the next week.
The notifications that you will see in To-Do's and Next 7 days are:
Work anniversaries
Data To Do's*
Birthdays
Pending leavers
Pending starters
End of probation
Leave
One-to-ones
Objectives due
Toil
Expenses
Onboarding
Flexible Working
Applicant interviews
Training
Equipment reminders
Note reminders
To view further information or to complete a task simply click on the View box.
* Notifications that appear in the Data To Do's tab in the To Do's area include:
Pending changes to your people's profiles (including Bank details changes)
Unresolved disciplinary incidents
People with missing profile data such as Join date, Job, Emergency Contacts, Company Location and Company department
People awaiting their Welcome Email
Please note: Leave, sickness and any other tabs will only be visible in the To-Do's area if there are active notifications...
