Here are few tips on what to do if an employees information is not coming across to RotaCloud.

Check that the employee's profile has the RotaCloud integration switched on

Profile > Permissions > If set to yes change this over.  Sometimes its always worth turning this setting on and off again

Is the Email address exactly the same in Breathe and RotaCloud?

This is also case sensitive, so make sure they match exactly.

Reset the RotaCloud integration

This will normally fix most issues. To reset the integration to try and jog it back to life you can do this by going to Configure > Settings > Integrations > RotaCloud > Disable then enable the link

Once you've done this the next step to check is on the RotaCloud side and that's to make sure the employees are there and are assigned a Location for them to display on the Rota.

**Please note, resetting the integration (disabling and enabling) may effect shifts entered in RotaCloud so please use this as a last resort.

Add Employees to a Location on RotaCloud

In RotaCloud go to Company > Location > Select the employees who are assigned to this in Breathe

Check that your RotaCloud plan covers your number of users

If you have reached your maximum number of users for your current RotaCloud plan, this can prevent users from pulling into RotaCloud from Breathe.

For any questions regarding your RotaCloud plan size, please contact RotaCloud directly.

If you're still having issue after taking these steps there may be some more specific testing needed.
