Setting up add-on modules

Understand the modules included in your Breathe plan & additional options

There are two types of modules in Breathe - included modules are already available within your account (and can be switched on & off), and additional modules, which are paid add-ons.

Included in this guide:

Included modules

The included modules page is where you can tailor your plan to use as much or as little of Breathe as you like.

You can view them under Configure > Settings > Modules > Included modules

Simply tick or untick what you'd like to use, and make sure you tick the green 'update modules' button at the bottom to save your changes.

Additional modules

The additional modules page is where you can expand your Breathe plan, to add more functionality.

We currently offer 4 additional modules:

Rota, Time and Attendance

With Breathe's Time and Attendance module within the Rota integration, you can manage your people effectively by creating shift templates, inviting employees to shifts, and tracking team hours using the TimeClock tool. Additionally, you can efficiently manage rotas, submit and review timesheets, and monitor employee attendance through convenient clock-in/clock-out functionalities. The Time Clock feature also supports flexible location-based clock-ins and generates detailed reports for payroll purposes. These functionalities simplify timekeeping and improve the accuracy of employee work hour tracking.

You’ve also got access to plan events and view personnel budgets in one place. You can create customisable, automatic reports, and much more:Other features include efficient timesheet submissions and reviews, ensuring accurate work hour tracking and better workforce optimization. You can also include clock-in/clock-out times in your customisable reports for a comprehensive analysis of work hours and payroll accuracy. Additionally, the Rota, Time & Attendance add-on offers a free 14-day trial, allowing businesses to evaluate its effectiveness in managing employee time and attendance.

Learn

Learn is Breathe’s online learning tool where you can look to upskill your people and manage compliance. The Learn courses cover topics such as GDPR, information security, discrimination, and more:

Expenses

With Expenses, claims and receipts can be instantly approved or rejected. You can also monitor expenses against specific projects or clients - helping you keep a close eye on budgets and project expenditures:

Recruitment

With Breathe's recruitment tool, you can take ownership of every step of the recruitment process. You're able to create and share new vacancies, assign applicants to recruiters, and lots more – all with one easy-to-use tool.
