If you need to communicate something important to your whole team, Breathe's bulk email tool can help. Here's a useful overview on how to use this.

As an HR/admin user, navigate to People > Our People. Here, you'll see your People list.

Select the relevant employees using the tick-boxes (select 'All' if you need to send this to everyone) and scroll to the bottom of the page. Within the drop-down menu, select ‘send email’ and then click 'Bulk Upload'.

Type your email (password reset email template can be found below). Once you’ve sent the email, it'll be visible via the recipient’s profile > notes and reminders section.

To find out more about the bulk assign tool, head over to this guide:

Password reset - email template

Dear all,

Breathe HR is launching a new login portal. This is being done to enhance our experience as users and keep our data as secure as possible.

As part of this new feature, as of Sunday 20th September we'll all need to reset our passwords for Breathe.

You can do this by heading to the login page and clicking ‘reset password’. You'll then be emailed a link to reset your password (please check your junk). You'll then be prompted to update your password. Please choose a password that:

  • Is 8+ characters long

  • Includes at least 1 uppercase letter

  • Includes at least 1 lowercase letter

  • Includes at least 1 number

Once you’ve updated your password, you’re all done. You don't need to do anything else.

Please note: if you reset your password before 20th September, you’ll need to reset your password again on the 20th when the new login portal is launched.

Breathe HR will be down for planned maintenance on 20th September so that Breathe can get this new portal rolled out.

Many thanks,

(Your HR team)
